Portland Stone and Limestone Stone Fireplaces

All hand made, using traditional designs but modern hand tools, we can work to your specification or you can choose from our small range of  “off the shelf” stone fireplaces.

We handle a variety of stone, from Ancaster, Clipsham and Portland stone, to the hardest French limestone, from Burgundy and the Loire valley: Anstrude and Lepine,  but we can also source for special commissions Carrara Marble such as that used for our delicate copy of Robert Adam style chimney and mantel.

It is quite common for a client to come to us with a favourite fireplace , cut from a magazine or a holiday snap. What ever stone fireplace you desire, we will be able to copy it and enhance it. Again we prefer working using solid stone instead of stone cladding to bring uniqueness and timelessness.

We can also provide, rustic Aga shelves and cooker hoods for a more authentic look.
